With continued growth we are seeking additional resources that will be located in Jakarta office as HRIS ANALYST II.


Report to HRIS Superintendent; your main responsibilities are to support Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) projects and day-to-day activities; support HRIS data maintenance both corporate and site level; support management in obtaining report for decision-making analysis; able to help HRIS Superintendent in developing database structure; able to develop needed application for Human Resources Information Systems needs based on the design and specification provided; able to analyse raw data for data clean up project; able to conduct training for HRIS application for site users; able to manage and support all HR personnel on sites to follow the HRIS procedures in terms of Employee data changes, and able to provide advices and recommendations for regular problems; ensure data reliability/ accuracy and completeness.


You must Bachelor degree from Information Technology with minimum experience 4 years in Database Management and IT; willing to travel to sites, have a good communication skills both in Bahasa and English; strong computer literacy; interpersonal skill; customer service; ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines; ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
