Money Savings Tips - PARTY

Everybody loved to come to party. But have you ever plan a party? You know if you not plan and manage your party properly you will surprise with your expenses. Here is 5 money saving tips to your party.

VENUE

Find out the venue for your party that fit to your budget. You may consider hosting the party outdoors where you can have more space for more invited guests. If possible you can make this party in your backyard. It cost you not to much than you rent a venue to your party. For examples, you can celebrate your son birthday in this backyard.

ENTERTAIMENT

In this time we talk about the music. If you hire a professional musician and singer, you must pay a huge fee to them. The solution is why you not ask a bunch talented people around you like your friends and family to play the music or sing a song, ask them to participate in your party.

EQUIPMENT

You may use your own tables, chairs and others utensils for your party, and the rest you can order only the things that you don’t have at home.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Better than you cater the food you can ask your pal who is a great cook to be your party chef. You may select dishes that may need less preparation but are still impressive. You may find a variety of dishes that may cost less but can look fabulous and taste great. If you intend to serve wine, you should purchase wine in bulks. The price should be cheaper compared to buying in bottles offered to you by your caterer.

PARTY ORGANIZER

You can event cut the cost by coordinate the entire party with your friends. Start from making list for the guest you will invite. Invite only those people who are important to you. You may include your family and friends that are closest to you, etc.

In this way you can prepare a party on a budget and save more money. Good luck!
